Or CLICK FOR ADVERT QUOTE Sinapayak, Trainer/Pro-Fighter, former World Champion and Gwarng-Ngern, Trainer/Pro-fighter and former top ten stadium fighter, gave a hands-on training session at PT Fitness on Saturday, followed by an incredible demonstration of some of their skills. Andrew Parnham, Head Trainer at PTJ Muay Thai, in Sydney, said, “Sharing our knowledge and ethos of the sport is a great way to encourage people to be involved.” “Martial Arts is about having a healthy lifestyle, surrounding yourself with positive people and mentors, which then lends itself to having a positive attitude, self-confidence and mental discipline.” Muay Thai is suitable for most people, people in high stress jobs, great for weight loss, for kids to burn off excess energy and importantly, gives kids confidence against bullies. Nakayda Davis, six years old, has been attending Muay Thai training for five months. Nakayda told News Of The Area, “I enjoy pad work, learning new things and training hard.” “Today was a great learning experience, even for the non-MT attendees,” Melanie Mason, co-owner, PT Fitness said. “To have such prestigious, world famous MT experts come to our gym, give technique and skill training, is simply mind blowing.” PT Fitness were impressed with the level of support from other MT gyms, describing the atmosphere as “supportive, fun and intense”.
