WOOLGOOLGA RSL Women’s Golf Club competition Tuesday 13 April.

The sun was shining and Safety Beach Golf Course looked a picture on Tuesday 13 when 20 ladies played a V’s Par golf game.

Winner was Lexine Bailey, square with the card, runner-up Allyson Turner -1, and Cathy Anderson -2 on c/b from Leanne Clark.

These were good scores for the conditions.

NTP 9th went to Wendy Rogers, 11th Roma Johnson.

We are starting to lose players to the need to travel this wonderful country with golf clubs in the boot, usually in a northerly direction for warmer climes.

Tuesday 20 is the ever-popular 4BBB stableford as is Tuesday 27 with Shootout Qualifier included, and Friday 30 is the annual Interclub Challenge against Grafton at Grafton.

Always well fielded.
