WOOLGOOLGA RSL Women’s Golf Club competition Tuesday 20 July.

Twenty eight ladies arrived at Safety Beach golf course to play a stableford/ Shootout Qualifier game on Tuesday 20 July.

The morning was dry and everyone was eager.

Marian Brading was the winner with 34 pts, 1st runner-up Kerry Slater 32pts on c/b from 2nd runner-up Yolly Gallacher. Third runner-up Roma Johnson 31pts on c/b.

The club is now back on high alert for Covid-19 with some changed rules for the game at present.

Make yourself aware of these changes if you are planning to play in the near future.

Our best wishes and grateful thanks go with greenkeeper Jack and also grounds person Lisa as they each make the move from this area to further their careers in other areas.

We wish them well for the future.

Congratulations to our Pennant team who continue to do us all proud, they are playing very well.

Pro Terry is planning to give lessons to new players in September so please contact Terry at the Pro Shop if you would like to learn the addictive game of golf.
