A woman has died and two other people have been injured after a two vehicle crash at Luddenham this afternoon (Friday 16 January 2015).

Emergency services were called to the Northern Road near the intersection of Littlefields Road about 4.20pm

A female driver of a Mitsubishi Lancer was airlifted from the scene to Liverpool Hospital. Her current condition is unknown

The deceased woman was a passenger in the Lancer.

The male driver of a Toyota Avalon was assessed by ambulance paramedics and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
