Stroud residents are invited to visit the Library, where they can view weekly updates on water usage and the town water storage levels. Bulahdelah continues on Moderate level restrictions, with outdoor watering limited to one hour, every second day. All outdoor watering is only permitted before 9am or after 4pm.
