According to information from NASA, the last time a full moon fell on Halloween was in 1944. “A blue moon is when two full moons fall in the same month. The tradition of Halloween dates back 200 years to an ancient Celtic festival when it was believed that the ghosts of the dead returned to earth.” There were lots of ghosts and monsters creeping between Halloween houses seeking trick or treaters (small and big kids alike), knocking on the doors of horror houses lit up for the evening. Corina Dennis, has been transforming her Tea Garden’s home into a house of horror since August, telling NOTA, ”I just love Halloween and the excitement for all the children.
