Email us – media@newsofthearea.com.au “A recent very happy Christmas in July local Luncheon at Sienna’s for Tomaree Ladies Probus Club was a great success and especially for the morale of members and their partners after so many cancelled outings in these pandemic times.” The event was organised by the very capable wine and dine officer, Marilyn Jennings. “The Club members enjoyed the two course Christmas fare, trivia quizzes and lucky plate numbers with numerous prizes provided by the Committee. “Despite the outdoor heaters, it was a freezing day for those seated on the two overflow long tables yet spirits were not dampened and warm toasts were made that there may be many more enjoyable get togethers,” she said.
