Two men and a woman have been charged with drug supply offences following simultaneous raids on homes by officers from Operation Block 2, investigating drug supply in the Manning Great Lakes area.

Operation Block 2, comprising of officers from Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command, was formed in January 2015 to target the supply of drugs in and around Taree.

Yesterday (Thursday 16 July 2015), following extensive investigations, officers from Operation Block 2 executed simultaneous search warrants at three homes in Taree, resulting in three arrests.

A 36-year-old man was charged with 13 counts of ongoing supply of a prohibited drug.

A 27-year-old woman was charged with 12 counts of ongoing supply of a prohibited drug.

The 33-year-old man was charged with supply indictable quantity of a prohibited drug and possess prohibited drug.

They have all been refused bail to appear at Taree Local Court today (Friday 17 July 2015).
