Three arrested over deliberate fires State by News Of The Area - Modern Media - July 14, 2016July 14, 2016 Police arrested three people and spoke to another in relation to a number of spot fires in Bidwill overnight Police have arrested two teenagers and a man after they allegedly lit several fires in bushland at Bidwill last night. About 10.30pm (Tuesday 12 July 2016), police were called to Cupania Crescent after officers from Fire & Rescue NSW extinguished a number of small spot fires in the area and observed four males in the vicinity. Police from Mt Druitt Local Area Command attended and two teenagers – aged 17 and 15 – and a 20-year-old man were arrested and taken to Mt Druitt Police Station. A second 17-year-old male was spoken to at the scene but not arrested. The 20-year-old man was charged with set fire to property.
