The group is organised by Debbie Freeman and offers sensible exercise options for older women to assist them in staying well and active as they age. Julie McAllister, an avid Bayfit devotee, told News Of The Area, “BayFit Senior Fitness had hilarious fun and games during their Christmas Luncheon at Nelson Bay Golf Club. “Instructor and luncheon organiser Debbie Freeman thanked everyone for their support during a difficult year with number restrictions,” she said. Certificates and awards were presented, best “Christmas Spirit” outfits lined up and most amusing table games played with great prizes. Lesley Mackintosh thanked Debbie on behalf of all seniors in her classes, for her dedication and hard work.
