The length of the waterfront at Tea Gardens will be filled this year, with market stalls, activities and food.

Take the family, spend the morning at the festival, then head on over to the Tea Gardens Hotel for lunch and an afternoon of live music from two top acts.

First up is local act ‘Paula and Owen Acoustic Duo’, covering hits from the 90’s to now, acoustic style.

This duo is guaranteed to be the perfect accompaniment and ambience for a cool drink by the river to relax after a day at the festival.

They’ll be set up on the open air stage by the water, directly across from the hotel.

While you’re there, drop in on the ‘buy my wardrobe’ event happening in the dolphin room.

Don’t forget to buy your tickets to the Crab races happening out the front, with all proceeds going to the local football club. The main act for the afternoon and evening is the well known Crowded House tribute band, the ‘Crowdies’ and they’re guaranteed to put on a show not to be missed.

Performing timeless Crowdies Hits like Weather With You, Don’t Dream It’s Over, Distant Sun, Fall At Your Feet, It’s Only Natural, Four Seasons In One Day, Better Be Home Soon, and Split Enz classics like I See Red, History Never Repeats and Six Months in Leaky Boat – The Crowdies Show give you the brilliant sound and genuine spontaneity of Crowded House and Split Enz live.

The show is a full time dedicated tribute show – not a thrown together band with a bunch of guest singers reading song charts.

The Crowdies Show is made up of experienced working musicians who have opened concerts for Kate Ceberano and Christine Anu.

They have played shows with members of Tina Turner’s band, the Choirboys and Rose Tattoo, and performed live with Paul Kelly’s drummer, James Morrison’s violin player & Sting’s guitarist.

Tea Gardens has your whole day mapped out for you, so you’d be mad to miss it.
