Vale to past member of TGWBC Olive McKeown who sadly passed away on the 6 January, 2021. Olive joined our Club in September 2004 and transferred out in 2018 when she and her husband Ken moved to Karuah.

In 2011 Olive joined forces with Wendy Brand, Maureen Shelly and Jill McBride winning the Club Fours Championship and this team were Runners Up the following year.

In 2014 she bowled with Dennis Ashbridge, Robyn Webster and Ron Webster winning the Mixed Pairs.

She also represented our Club in numerous Pennant Teams and was a staunch supporter of TGWBC.

Olive is remembered by our Club members not only for her bowling skills but as a lady who really enjoyed life and brought great joy to all who knew her.

Our thoughts are with Ken and their family at this time, Olive will be forever in our memories.
