The informal marriage took place on the banks of the Myall on a perfect summer morning.
“We have been together 6 years and felt the timing was right, “Daryl said.
“We have ignored western stereotypes and gone about living our lives as is the Buddhist way, live, love and give.”
“Those who were meant to be there were,” Daryl said.
Local celebrant Vicki Mitchell performed the ceremony.
And of course all eyes were on the bride who looked stunning in a Grace and Hart designed gown, fitted by Paula Callaghan from Tea Gardens.
And it was very much a local affair, with hair and makeup by Hairdinkum from Hawks Nest.
For those into fashion, the bride’s elevated fitted gown was cut from ivory stretch fabric.
The sweetheart bodice and sheer mesh panels, were detailed with metallic guipure lace applique for textual effect.
After the ceremony family and friends celebrated in the side garden at Ben and Emily Hanson’s Tea Gardens Hotel.
Daryl and Noi continue to live in Hawks Nest.
