Or media@newsofthearea.com.au Or CLICK FOR ADVERT QUOTE “Our students came back to school to a whole new range of sports equipment thanks to the generosity of our community who collected in excess of 120 000 vouchers or about 40 kilograms worth, through the Coles Sports for School program,” Principal Mark Clemson told News Of The Area. “Because it was based on the number of vouchers collected, it’s hard to put an exact monetary figure to how much we received although I can say with confidence that it would be easily in the $3000-$4000 range if not more,” Mark said. And what did that mean in terms of equipment. “We ordered class sets of skipping ropes in varied sizes, kits of balls including footballs, soccer balls, basketballs, net balls, echidna balls, cricket balls, tennis balls, you name it and we have it,” Mark said.
