Or for some, they may just be starting out their school life.

“We are fortunate in Australia that we have access to a strong education system, that we start fresh each January, with new students, new ideas for the upcoming year, new goals, new courses to teach, and a hope for a productive and successful year,” said Principal, Mark Clemson.

The new school year will build on the projects and goals from last year as well as put in place several new ideas.

This year the school focus areas will be launching positive behavior for learning, expectations of respect, safety and personal best, teacher quality and developing quality community relationships.

In 2016 TGPS anticipates that 21 Kindergarten students will commence at the school.

Kindergarten students commenced officially as a group on Monday 1 February.
