Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Family Research Group new technology Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest by NOTA - September 16, 2015 Original members of Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Family Research Group, Lesley Turner and John Bolden, have been busy working on their new computer which has been purchased with grant money courtesy of Midcoast Water. Lesley Turner and John Bolden with the new computer purchased from a recent MidCoast Water grant. A spokesperson of the research group said, “Our group thank MidCoast Water for their grant of $1000.00 which enabled us to purchase a more modern and faster computer which enables our members to have quicker access for their research.” The research group meet on Sundays and Mondays from 10 am til 2 pm. “Many of our residents come along just to read all the exciting information Jenny displays in our window.” The new year for membership begins each August, so feel free to go along and have a browse. You may find some exciting surprises in your family tree. They are located next to the Tea Gardens CTC in the Myall Plaza.
