IF you’re looking for a great day out and love a dress up, then why not join the Sinners and Saint’s Annual Ladies Lunch Day.

“We’ve been doing this for a number of years now, its great fun and we raise money for charity at the same time,” organiser Sue Abrahams said.

Last year they raised over a thousand dollars which was shared between the Allambi Care Foundation and the Share the Dignity Charity.

The Allambi group supports a range of family services including foster care.

‘Share the Dignity’ raises money throughout the year for women in crisis.

This year the lunch is being held at the Benchmark on Booner Street in Hawks Nest on Friday 7 December.

“$55 will get you lunch and some refreshments with a minimum $5 going to our charity of the year,” Sue said.

“Whilst we understand that some will claim they are a sinner or a saint in usual clothing, we expect an effort, otherwise a fine of $10 will be imposed for not dressing to the occasion.”

After lunch at the Benchmark, the sinners and saints will be heading across to the Tea Gardens Hotel to cap off what will surely be a great fun day.
