Woweee! It’s over. The last of the Club Championship rounds was run and won on Tuesday 26 September at Safety Beach golf course. Great scores and some not so great scores but all played with grace, humour and with strong participation. Well done to all participants.

Division 1 winner of the day was Narelle Anderson with 79 nett, runner-up Marian Brading 80 on c/b.

Division 2 winner Yolly Gallacher 74 nett from Lorraine Broomfield 75 nett.

Division 3 winner Marlene Power 73 (great golf Marlene) from Trish Hill 78 on c/b. Gross Winner Narelle Anderson 86 strokes.

Congratulations to all deserving winners. You did yourselves proud. The rest of us will have to keep up our practice for next year. Thank you Gaile Mackenzie for donating the raffle won by Leanne Clark.

Ladies please consider your nominations to fill all positions on our committees. It is most important to keep the success of our club continuing and keep watch on incoming invitations to visit. A great way to meet new golfers and enjoy different courses.
