NAMBUCCA Valley Council has announced public hearings on the reclassification of three pieces of community land to operational land in Valla Beach and Nambucca Heads, which would allow for their future disposal.

Nambucca Valley Council wishes to reclassify the following land from community land to operational.
● Part Lot 8 DP821952 Valla Beach Road, Valla Beach (Alithia Learning)
● Part Lot 45 DP228703 99-101 Ocean View Drive, Valla Beach
● Lot 1 DP 578503 – 50 Riverside Drive, Nambucca Heads

Council advises that the public hearings for the above land reclassifications will be held on 15 June 2022 at the Nambucca Valley Council Chambers located at 44 Princess Street, Macksville. The hearings will be independently chaired by Locale Consulting as follows:
● 4.30pm – 5.30pm – Part Lot 45 DP228703 – 99-101 Ocean View Drive, Valla Beach.
● 5.45pm – 6.15pm – Part Lot 8 DP821952 – Valla Beach Road, Valla Beach (Alithia Learning).
● 6.15pm – 6.45pm – Lot 1 DP 578503 – 50 Riverside Drive, Nambucca Heads.

Persons wishing to make representations at the hearing must pre-register with Council by emailing council@nambucca.nsw.gov.au.

The closing date for registrations is 11am on the morning of the hearings.
