With some 108 guests present it is clear that this group is one that engages well locally with the over 60’s that share in its activities.
Attendees had the time of their lives, with excellent food, followed by much dancing supported by a professional DJ.

The group is especially for the over 60s, and welcomes all comers whether they are couples or unattached.
The basis of the group is to provide great social activities with something for everyone to enjoy.
Members share friendship while enjoying activities such as dining, barbecues, movies, lawn bowls, fishing, walks and trips away.
The Port Stephens Friendship Group meets on the last Tuesday each month at Wests Diggers in Nelson Bay from 5pm.
Meetings often include an interesting guest speaker and are followed by dining within the club.
