The annual survey gives residents an opportunity to rate Council’s services across a range of areas, including waste, facilities, development applications, parks and gardens and more.

General Manager, Wayne Wallis is inviting residents in Port Stephens to share their thoughts.

“Port Stephens Council is committed to continuously improving its performance and service delivery for our community,” Mr Wallis said.

‘Our annual Community Satisfaction Survey is a great opportunity for residents to let us know how we’re travelling and also have input on how we can improve the range of services Council provides to the community,’ he said.

“The community is at the heart of everything we do and the feedback we receive is essential to ensure we meet the needs of the residents and provide high quality services.

“I’d encourage everyone to complete the survey and have their say,” he added.

The survey is open until 5pm Friday 28 June 2019 with results proposed to be published on Council’s website in August.

Surveys can be completed:
· online at www.portstephens.nsw.gov.au;
· in person at Council’s Administration Building in Raymond Terrace, Raymond Terrace Library or Tomaree Library or request a paper copy and a reply-paid envelope be sent to you by contacting Council on 4988 0255.
