The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and is currently bail refused to next appear before Coffs Harbour Local Court on 7/6/22. – On 1/6/22 Police arrested a 25-year-old man at a Hyland Park address for breaching bail conditions and breaching an AVO. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and refused bail to appear before Macksville Local Court later the same date. The accused man was granted bail by the court to next appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/6/22. – On 1/6/22 Police arrested a 29-year-old woman at a Macksville address for a malicious damage offence that occurred during a domestic violence incident. The accused woman was charged at Macksville Police Station and later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/6/22. – On 29/5/22 Police arrested a 25-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads address for traffic and domestic violence related offences. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/6/22. – On 29/5/22 Police arrested a 28-year-old man at a Macksville address for domestic violence related offences. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and refused bail to appear at Kempsey Local Court on 30/5/22. The accused was sentenced with a two year Community Corrections Order. – On 30/5/22 at about 7:40pm emergency services were alerted to a motor vehicle accident on the Pacific Hwy, Eungai Creek. A truck was travelling south when a wind storm caused a large tree to fall onto the cabin of the prime mover causing extensive damage. By-standers assisted the driver until the arrival of emergency services personnel. The driver was later conveyed to Coffs Harbour Health Campus for treatment. The truck and trailer were towed from the scene and the highway was reopened.
