– ON 13/5/22 Police arrested two men at North Macksville following a vehicle stop.

Police seized a quantity of drugs and a prohibited weapon during a search.

Both men were charged at Macksville Police Station.

The 28-year-old male driver was later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court 7/7/22.

The 39-year-old male passenger was refused bail and appeared before Port Macquarie Local Court on 14/5/22 where he was granted bail by the court.

The 39-year-old accused man is next to appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/6/22.

1. On 17/5/22 Police arrested a 47-year-old man at North Macksville who had been issued a Revocation of ICO warrant.

The warrant was executed at Macksville Police Station with the accused man remanded in custody to serve the remainder of his sentence at a correctional facility.

2. On 18/5/22 Police arrested a nineteen-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads address following investigations related to the alleged assault upon a man in Macksville on 17/5/22.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 30/6/22.

3. On 18/5/22 Police arrested a 30-year-old woman in Macksville who was wanted on an outstanding warrant for a larceny offence.

The accused woman was refused bail and appeared before Macksville Local Court on 19/5/22 where she was sentenced with a twelve month Community Corrections Order.

4. On 18/5/22 Police issued a 31-year-old man with a Court Attendance Notice following investigations related to a domestic violence incident in which a woman is alleged to have been assaulted.

The accused man is next to appear before Macksville Local Court on 16/3/23.

5. On 19/5/22 a 24-year-old woman handed herself in to Macksville Police Station.

The accused woman was wanted for three outstanding warrants for traffic offences.

The accused woman was refused bail and appeared before Macksville Local Court the same date where she was sentenced with a twelve month Conditional Release Order and her drivers licence disqualified for six months.

6. On 19/5/22 Police arrested a 25-year-old man outside Macksville Police station who was wanted for breaching an AVO.

The accused man was charged and refused bail to appear before Macksville Local Court the same date.

The accused man was granted bail by the Court and is next to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/6/22.
