1. ON 12 May Police arrested a 65-year-old Macksville man for Contravene Prohibition Order.
The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and refused bail to appear before Macksville Local Court the same date.

The accused was remanded in custody to reappear before Macksville Local Court on 19 May.

2. On 12 May Police arrested a 39-year-old man at a Macksville residence following investigations related to several fraud offences.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and granted bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 19 May.

3. On 12 May Police arrested a seventeen-year-old youth following investigations related to an assault and demand property by force matter that occurred on 27 February in Bowraville.

The victim sustained a facial injury as a result of the incident.

The young person was charged at Macksville Police Station and granted bail to appear before Macksville Children’s Court on 26 June.

4. On 12 May Police arrested a 34-year-old Bowraville man following investigations related to a family dispute at a Bowraville address that occurred on 7 May in which a female sibling is alleged to have been assaulted and a wall damaged at the residence.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and granted bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 26 May.

5. On 11 May Police arrested a 55-year-old man at a Macksville address following investigations related to a family dispute incident that occurred on 9 May.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station with an intimidation offence and granted bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 19 May.

6. On 10 May Police arrested a 30-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads address in relation to an outstanding warrant.

The warrant was executed at Macksville Police Station and the accused was refused bail to appear before Kempsey Local Court the same date.

The accused was granted bail by the Court to reappear before Macksville Local Court on 19 May.

7. On 7 May Police arrested a 49-year-old man at a Bowraville address in relation to an outstanding warrant.

The warrant was executed at Macksville Police Station and the accused granted bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 16 June.

8. On 6 May Police were alerted to a man alleged to be carrying knuckle dusters in the vicinity of Riverside Dr, Nambucca Heads.

Police located the 30-year-old man a short distance away and seized the prohibited weapon. The accused man has been issued a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on 19 May.
