Over the limit on The Lakes Way Pacific Palms, Blueys Bch, Smiths Lake by NOTA - September 23, 2015 At about 8:30pm on Friday 11 September police observed a motor vehicle travelling in an easterly direction on the The Lakes Way Pacific Palms. Police turned and followed the vehicle which entered the car park of the Pacific Palms Recreation Club. The driver was subjected to a road side breath test which provided a positive result. He was then arrested for the purpose of a Breath Analysis and conveyed to Forster Police Station. The driver returned a Breath Analysis Sample reading of 0.077 grams of alcohol in 210 Litres of Breath and was also issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice for the offence of Drive with low range PCA 2nd offence.
