WELL, it’s impossible not to be cynical about Council decisions these days isn’t it?

I note that they don’t actually tell us the cost of the name change, just that it’s “not going to cost anything extra than what we already have in the budget”.

Perhaps a name change to leave out the word ‘Harbour’ might be more appropriate and replace it with ‘Sandbank’?

While we are on name changes, our new Council building could be the ‘Nightmare Centre’.

How about building the ‘Big Blueberry’?

That would surely benefit us all.

Really Council, please fix the potholes that are still in our roads for starters, before you come up with any other life changing ideas on our behalf.
