DEAR News Of The Area,

AT the time of writing there are more than 75 bushfires ravaging our beautiful country.

This will result in the great loss of livestock, wild animals, flora and fauna, property and the sad occurrence of loss of human life – souls who are trying to save their properties.

Can you imagine what a donation of $450 million would make to the fire fighting services?

More planes, helicopters, equipment and appliances.

What a complete travesty that our Government chose to spend it elsewhere where it has achieved nothing but dissent.

Kudos to the bravery of the men and women fighting these horrendous fires, you deserve our heartfelt thanks and also a huge cash injection to help with the battle.
