BULAHDELAH Post Office now joins the ranks of outlets available to sell and recharge Opal Cards.
Along with Tea Gardens Post Office and Hawks Nest Newsagency, the addition of Bulahdelah now means Myall Coast residents and visitors have access to three Opal Card outlets.
Mr Roger Dixon from Bulahdelah Post Office said Bulahdelah is a very accessible location for people to top up or recharge Opal Cards.
“It’s convenient not only for the residents of Bulahdelah, but also for visitors and people passing through,” Mr Dixon said.
“With no Opal Card outlets in the Forster or Taree areas, being on the highway makes Bulahdelah an easy stopover for people travelling past to make their purchases.”
As Opal Cards are now the only way to pay for public transport, Mr Dixon expects a strong demand for the service.
Bulahdelah Post Office and Holiday Credit Union Agency are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 12.00noon most Saturdays.
