Photo: Coffs Harbour City Council. NOMINATIONS are now open for next year’s Australia Day Awards. The Awards aim to recognise outstanding achievement during the past year and/or contribution to the local community over a number of years within the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area. There are six categories for the 2021 Awards including Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Sportsperson of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, as well as a Social Inclusion Award, and an Arts and Cultural Award. Nominations must be made online via Council’s online form on its website at www.coffsharbour.nsw.gov.au. Nominations close Friday, 4 December.
