New Ray White office opens in Tea Gardens FEATURED Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest by NOTA - October 1, 2015October 1, 2015 Stuart and Vanessa Sinclair are opening the brand new Ray White Tea Gardens office located at 166/A Myall Street, Tea Gardens. The pair bring to the network a strong background in the tourism industry with successful careers in hotel and resort management and are now keen to move into real estate. Vanessa told Myall Coast News, “We chose Ray White because it is the biggest brand in Australia and we look forward to bringing to the area a nationally and internationally recognized brand and combining this brand with our own experience and strength in the tourism property market whilst utilizing the strength and support from a network with over 1000 offices throughout the country.” After 11 years managing resorts and hotels in the Nelson Bay and Fingal Bay areas, the couple then took on the management rights of The Boathouse Resort from the Oaks Group growing the occupancy rate from 55% up to 79%. After the successful sale of the Boathouse Resort in 2013, Stuart and Vanessa have been employed with RSL Lifecare with Vanessa heading up customer service and Stuart selling houses for Tea Gardens Grange and being involved in marketing, expos and maintenance. “We are excited to again venture into our own business in the old Post Office, a building I have always loved and to be able to do this without leaving town is a further benefit to our family,” Stuart told Myall Coast News. He added, “We hope to bring a fresh, honest and vibrant vibe to real estate in the area extending trust, ethics and professionalism for our clients.” It has been an exciting and busy few weeks leading up to the official opening on Thursday, 1 October and Stuart and Vanessa could not have achieved so much without the contractors, family and friends who made themselves available to be part of this new venture. Lisa Hamilton from Dowling Real Estate will be coming on board to continue looking after the property management side of the business.
