Husband and wife team, Ron and Cindy Gurr are passionate Bay locals, and are the newest business on the block at the Cascade Walk shopping complex at 6 Stockton Street, Nelson Bay.

Ron and Cindy are both Zimbabwean born, where they spent their childhoods.

Ron moved to Australia in 2003 from Zimbabwe.

Cindy moved South Africa in 1980 and then to australia in 2012, where she and Ron married.

Ron and Cindy share a unique love story, a story that has in fact featured in previous issues of News Of The Area, for those keen followers of our publication who may remember reading about their story.

They are passionate about building their business in the bay, and are looking forward to providing a continuity of care for Bay locals, giving their clients the confidence that they will have the same high level of care time and time again to deal with those recurring or niggling issues.

Massage @ Shop 6 will provide a selection of services, which include a variety of massage techniques to invoke relaxation and relief of stress, as well as remedial massage.

Ron and Cindy have opened their rooms up to another massage and wellness provider, who will also be available for appointments at Massage @ Shop 6.

Yasmaheena Madison-Christie of ‘Heaven sent natural therapy’ will be available for aromatherapy, remedial massage and energy healing treatments, aimed at providing a completely relaxing experience.

Her passion is helping people, through the use of young living essential oils, which are also available for purchase.

Yasmaheena is a former Ballerina with the Australian Ballet Company, and with this knowledge also offers an exercise program to support the whole body.

Parking is available in the public car park at 38 Donald Street (near Rivers clothing store), then come in the top of the Cascade Walk complex, and walk down to Massage @ Shop 6.
