Or media@newsofthearea.com.au Or CLICK FOR ADVERT QUOTE The event is being hosted at West Diggers Nelson Bay 12 to 14 October. 500 plus dancers are descending on the bay, for the event, joining the local Rock N Roll Club and many will be dressed in fifties retro style. Keith Barnard President of the Nelson Bay Rock N Roll Club told News Of The Area, “There will be demonstrations by professional Rock N Roll Dancers the Sydney Swing Katz on Saturday night.” The Club auditorium has been decorated in stylish a retro theme and the dancers are getting ready to hit the three dance floors. “Dancers vary from beginners to advanced, and there will be a range of different Rock N Roll dance styles on display.” Free entertainment is being provided by the Blue Suede Boppers, on Friday night and the Midnight Drifters on Saturday night from 6 to 8pm. Jake Rattle and Roll are performing on Sunday with the doors opening at 12 noon. “Entry to the event is free and everyone is welcome to join in or simply enjoy the great music and dancing,” he said.
