1. ON 11/9/21 at about 9am Police arrested a 35-year-old man at a Bowraville address in relation to a domestic violence incident involving a 39-year-old woman.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station for damaging property and is currently on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/9/21.

2. On 10/9/21 at about 9pm Police arrested a 27-year-old man at a Macksville address for breaching an AVO during a domestic violence incident.

Due to the accused man’s level of intoxication he was conveyed to Kempsey Police Station where he was charged.

The accused man appeared before Macksville Local Court on 16/9/21 and was Convicted and Fined $400.

3. On 11/9/21 at about 10:48pm Police arrested a 20-year-old male driver in High St, Bowraville after he returned a positive RBT.

The accused man underwent a breath analysis at Macksville Police Station where he returned a Low Range PCA of 0.054.

The accused man was issued with a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on 21/10/21.

4. On 11/9/21 at about 5:15pm Police arrested a 66-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads address for breaching an AVO during a domestic violence incident.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and is currently on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 4/11/21.

5. On 15/9/21 at about 8:30am Police arrested a 16-year-old at a Macksville address who was wanted for breaching bail conditions related to a number of serious charges.

The young person was charged at Kempsey Police Station with the breach offences.

The young person is pending further charges related to ongoing investigations regarding a number of Break and Enters and a Stolen Vehicle at Macksville between 13 and 14 September.
