1. On 23/9/21 at about 11am Police spoke to a 48-year-old male unlicensed driver in Nambucca Heads after his vehicle was sited without displaying any number plates.

The man was also witnessed to be breaching Public Health Orders.

The accused man was subsequently issued a number of infringements related to traffic offences, failing to comply with directions, and breaching PHO.

About 30mins later the same accused man committed further traffic offences and was subsequently issued further infringements by a Highway Patrol Officer.

 

2. On 22/9/21 at about 2:40pm Police arrested a 58-year-old female driver after she returned a positive RBT during a traffic stop on Giinagay Way, Nambucca Heads.

The accused woman underwent a breath analysis at Nambucca Heads Police Station and returned a Low Range PCA of 0.056.

The accused woman’s drivers licence was suspended for 3 months and she was issued an infringement for the offence.

 

3. On 21/1/21 Police issued an infringement to an 18-year-old male driver for negligent driving after he had crashed his vehicle into a light pole on Centra Park Rd, Macksville the previous evening and decamped from the scene.

 

4. On 20/9/21 Police arrested a 40-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads address following a family dispute in which a vehicle sustained damage.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station for the offence and was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 4/11/21.
