Myall Park Tennis Club is inviting as many young children and adults alike to come and give it a go.

There will be lots happening throughout the day, with something for everyone.

The open day will take place Saturday 28 April 10-1pm at the courts on Yamba Street in Hawks Nest.

There will be trained coaches on hand to offer advice and tips, and free training sessions for both children and adults.

Coaches will also run junior coaching activities, and the club will put on a free barbecue sausage sizzle as well as there being prizes to be won throughout the day.

Chris Armour from Myall Park Tennis Club told News Of The Area, “Our coaches will be on hand to help people with their tennis moves.”

Even if you have not played tennis for a long time, or have never played before, come along and have a go.

The Club will have racquets available on the open day, but you’re also welcome to bring your own along should you have one.

Tennis shoes or sneakers only are to be worn on the courts.

Chris told News Of The Area, “We accept all experience levels, and just want to encourage everyone to come along and give it a go.”
