The Woy Woy event followed on from the Warringah Masters Swim meet in Sydney which saw Myall Masters members both compete and undertake marshalling training. “Leon was a fantastic ambassador, entering four events of which he gained three firsts and one second place, finishing the meet first overall in his age group,” Valerie Mobbs said. Members of the Myall Masters Swimming Club are also in training mode ahead of this year’s second annual Jimmy’s Beach Open Water Swim in Hawks Nest.
