Myall Masters Swimmer shines at Ryde Swim Meet Sport by News Of The Area - Modern Media - September 5, 2016 Chris Lock congratulated on his age division win by , Stuart Ellicott , President of the newest Masters swimming Club, North Shore Masters ROUND 9 of the NSW Masters Swimming competition was completed last week. Myall Masters sole competitor was Chris Lock. Myall Masters Swimming Club competes in NSW /ACT division one with much larger clubs such as Newcastle, Manly, Ryde and Port Macquarie . The club is currently placed 7th ahead of the ACT, North Sydney and Penrith clubs . Lock, competes in the 70-74 age group. He won his division ahead of a classy field with three firsts and a second in a 4 events. His times were exceptional with 3 personal bests including the backstroke double, 50 and 100 meters which was his best for this year and the 200 freestyle his best in last two years. He is on track for the up and coming Masters Pan Pacific Games in November at Southport Queensland where good representation from Myall Masters Swimming Club is expected.
