Friday 6 January 2017 will herald the arrival of the Annual Art and Craft Exhibition and Sale.
Myall Coast News Of The Area are again proud to be sponsoring and supporting this great local annual event.
For three days the Centre will be abuzz with visitors coming and going admiring three rooms of displays and items for sale.
Members worked for months before hand preparing for this massive event.
There were “A” Teams, “Money” Teams, “Promotional” Teams, “Flower Ladies”, and general helpers all of whom helped create a wonderful setting for all to enjoy.
Room 1 will have a colourful display of paintings, prints, and photography, Room 2 will be filled with soft crafts of all description and jewellery and Room 3 will feature braided rugs and Mosaics along with the always popular wood work.
Members volunteer their time to watch over the displays and sell the items.
Every year this Exhibition and Sale gets bigger and every year everyone declares it to be a huge success.
It is hoped this year will be the same.
Each year leading up to and during the show a raffle is run.
This year the prize is a beautiful painting by one of the many talented artists at the Centre.
All money raised with this raffle will be donated to the Royal Flying Doctor Service, so get your tickets soon.
