They will be in Tea Gardens, Thursday 9 May from 6pm at the Baptist Church.
Council are looking to have a conversation to understand what is most important in your community.
This will take the form of a facilitated workshop which will provide participants with the opportunity to identify the things that matter to them in their communities.
A Council spokesperson said, “There will also be an opportunity to those who come along to ask questions and be updated on local projects.”
“We hope this is the start of an exchange of information that will ultimately see us working together with local communities to achieve more.”
Workshops will be facilitated by Council staff to ensure everyone has a chance to share their concerns, ask questions, or table ideas for what they would like to see Council doing in their area.
To ensure key issues for each community can be addressed, locals are encouraged to register a question or specific area of interest before the workshop in their area. This can be done by visiting www.midcoast.nsw.gov.au/questionsforcouncil
Each facilitated session is expected to run for around two hours and will include tea and coffee. RSVPs are not required.
