Following the uncertainty and challenges faced by the business and broader community in the last 18 months, the MidCoast Business Awards Committee are excited to bring the Business Award event back in 2021 to celebrate the amazing resilience and innovation of our local businesses.

It’s been an unprecedented two years for businesses in the MidCoast, dealing with drought, devastating fires, floods and of course the ongoing challenges of COVID.

Thankfully many of our local businesses have not only survived but thrived and the MidCoast Business Awards Gala Dinner will provide an important opportunity to come together (COVID responsibly of course) to recognise and celebrate how businesses have adapted and innovated over the past 18 months.

Entries for the Awards are now open, and Finalists will be announced on 22 October 2021.

The Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday 20 November at Club Forster.

A key change to the Awards in 2021 is that the ‘People’s Choice’ and ‘Best Start Up’ awards will have a local regional winner (Bulahdelah, Forster, Gloucester, Harrington, Old Bar, Taree, Myall Lakes and Wingham) as well as an overall category winner.

The organising Committee encourages all businesses across the MidCoast region to attend (whether you have entered the Awards or not) to reflect and celebrate all that has been achieved.
