Mid North Coast Rugby Union release 2023 season draw

Hastings Valley Vikings begin their premiership defence with a grand final rematch against the Port Macquarie Pirates.

MID North Coast Rugby Union has released its senior Northern division draw for the upcoming 2023 season.

The opening round of the season kicks off on Saturday, 29 April.

SCU Marlins kick off their season at home when they host the Kempsey Cannonballs.

Coffs Harbour Snappers begin their season at home in Round 2, when they take on the defending premiers Hastings Valley Vikings.

Hastings Valley Vikings begin their premiership defence at home, when they play host to the Port Macquarie Pirates in their grand final rematch in Round 1.

Coffs Harbour Snappers reserves and Bowraville Goannas reserves play off in the opening round at Bowraville.

Coffs Harbour Snappers women begin their premiership defence at home against the Hastings Valley Helgas in Round 2.

Coffs Harbour Snappers and SCU Marlins face off in their first local derby of the season during Round 7 on Saturday, 17 June.

Snappers and Marlins meet for a second time this season during the final round on Saturday, 5 August.

This season’s finals series gets underway on Saturday, 12 August, with the grand final set to be decided on Saturday, 26 August.

Mid North Coast Rugby Union also released its Youth draw for the 2023 season.

The under 16s and under 18s season gets underway on Saturday, 22 April, with the Coffs Harbour Snappers travelling to take on the Port Macquarie Pirates.

Round 1 matches of the under 14s, under 16s, and under 18s competitions will be played on Saturday, 29 April.
