They were very surprised at the extent of the facility and what seemed endless types of uses it has for individuals, families and businesses in Medowie, Port Stephens and the surrounding region. Both Mayor Palmer and Cr Smith expressed their excitement for future stages of the property development and their desire to make use of it themselves in the near future. The centre houses Plus Fitness, Sportz Café, Medowie Family & Sports Physio, Lynch Bowen, Munchkins Creche, Medowie Gymnastics, Debbie Rae Dance, Pollets Martial Arts, Mobile Marketing, Inner Origin, Mark Leary Dietician and Communication Therapy, as well as squash courts and meeting and conference facilities .
