Myall Coast Chamber of Commerce and Tourism President Mr Mark McCormick said organisers were planning for big night. “This is going to be the biggest and ritziest event that Hawks Nest has ever seen and is not to be missed by anyone,” he said. “It’s a great excuse to don your best glad rags and come along and have a lot of fun.” The dinner dance, to be held on Saturday 9 April at Hawks Nest Golf Club commencing at 6.30pm, is sure to see a succession of the area’s finest stepping out in style. Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens Progress Association President Mr Trevor Jennings said tickets for the event were selling quickly. “If you want a great night out, you’re encouraged to book your tickets as soon as possible,” Mr Jennings said. “Why not get some friends together and book one of the few remaining tables.” Tickets for the night can be purchased from Hawks Nest Golf Club at a cost of $40.
