This, in turn, will be filtered, treated and pumped into the sewerage system in line with EPA guidelines. On top of this, the amenities block will be given a makeover and disability facilities added. A new block of four shop fronts facing Cook Parade will complete the development, one of which will trade under the name of Blue Marlin Marine. This business will effect repairs and sell both spare parts and marine motors.
