Katie said although it can be a little overwhelming, things generally run very smoothly. “It’s the same routine every day, up at 5am, breakfast, bath, play and back to bed, and then it starts all over again in the afternoon,” she said. “You do have your moments, but only a few, we are usually quite relaxed as are the kids.” Katie said Gracie is “a very good helper” and is now going to preschool two days a week. “The biggest challenge is managing time, having enough time for the kids, enough time for ourselves and enough for friends,” she said. “I’m still working, so everything has to be organised, I never have time to sit down.” Katie told News Of The Area husband Phil is a great support and their families help out while she is working. Although juggling parenthood and work commitments can be a challenge, Katie said by making a few adjustments they can still enjoy socialising, “We just have friends over here instead of going out,” she said. The triplets’ second birthday was celebrated at home with a family picnic. By Daniel SAHYOUN Triplets Kenny, Will and Jackson Barry. Gracie Barry with her brothers Kenny, Will and Jackson.
