The high tea honouring Maggie was decorated beautifully with birdcages adorned with flowers, birds and pearls on each table, in a sweet nod to the life of a little girl who was on the minds of every person present. During the course of the day, through raffles and guess competitions, a total of $3,177 was raised for Heartfelt. Heartfelt is an organisation of volunteer professional photographers who come to take photos of stillborn or terminally sick children, and provide irreplaceable memories and keepsakes for grieving parents and families. Heartfelt offers an invaluable service to grieving families, giving them a gift that that does not have a price. It provides irreplaceable photographic memories of a child that will never be forgotten, delivered to families in a caring, compassionate and heartfelt manner. Maggie’s high tea fundraiser grand total will go a long way in providing many sets of the pieces needed for the special package presented to grieving parents.
