NAMBUCCA Care Group is happy to announce the opening of the Hibiscus Medical Rooms, with Doctor Sangita Khobragade joining the practice.

Dr Khobragade has recently moved from Rockhampton to Coffs Harbour.

She brings a wealth of knowledge, and over twenty years of medical experience, to the practice.

During her working career, she’s done everything from being a General Practitioner at a large practice in Far North Queensland, seeing up to forty patients a day, to being a Pathology Consultant in India, and has vast experience treating all age groups.

“I enjoy all aspects of general practice, but special interests include paediatric, chronic disease management, such as diabetes and arthritis, as well as skin cancer checks.

“I also have an interest in women’s health, especially in the relief of the symptoms of menopause.”

In her spare time Sangita is enjoying settling into her new life on the Mid North Coast, taking walks on the beautiful beaches, spending time with her daughters and being reunited with her husband, who was separated for many months from his family, due to state border restrictions.

The Hibiscus Medical Rooms are open Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.00 am – 3.00 pm and bulk bills.

It is located at 1/28 Ridge Street, Nambucca Heads.
