Our first winners were Gene McKenzie and Darren Rapley. Runners up were Jenna Kirwan and Trevor Peirson. Paul Bennett was the men’s highest scorer with 180. The ladies highest score was Marion Smith with 98. Battle of the Bridge fishing competition was held from the 27th – 29th April and was highly contested by Tea Gardens Country Club and Hawks Nest Golf Club Social fishing members. The overall winners this year were Hawks Nest, who retained the shield. Andrew Sharp was the men’s winner and Gail Bartlett won the ladies division.
