Owner and operator of the classes Samantha Nicholls is currently updating her qualification to an advanced Women’s Artistic Gymnastics accreditation, with the programs being fully insured through Gymnastics Australia. Samantha told News of the Area: “Past conversations with people in the community were that there isn’t much to do in the area and they would have to travel from the Bay to either Raymond Terrace, Newcastle or Maitland to get what they need, so I thought I will come to them!” “Our Junior Rec and Rec gym classes are focused on building the foundation skills for gymnastics such as handstands, cartwheels and other skills on beam and bars, with our Adult Gym classes tailormade to suit individual skill ability.” Samantha has 15 years’ experience in the industry, starting her journey with Gymnastics 21 in 2016. My grandson could attend a class after school any week day as we only live around the corner in Chris Avenue.
