THE annual ‘Greenkeepers Revenge’ golf day at the Hawks Nest Golf Club is always a fun day played on Melbourne Cup morning.

This year’s event was a corker and provided many challenges for the 60 contestants!

It’s not easy trying to putt into a hole in a sand bunker, over numerous coils of hose, through a barrage of golf carts or even a maze of tee balls – but all players enjoyed their challenges.

Well done to the winners and to the Greenkeepers, let’s wait and see what exciting challenges they come up with next year!
